Christmas for the office

Christmas Day lunch, ready to serve and enjoy—beautifully presented and perfect for sharing. Orders are available in set servings of 20, with pick-up on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day between 8am and 10am.

Everything you need to know

  • Orders are now open, and we recommend ordering early as availability is limited.

    Christmas for the Office orders are available for delivery from Monday, 16 November.

    Christmas at Home orders are available for pick-up on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day between 8am and 10am.

  • Please place your order as early as possible, as availability is limited and orders may close once we reach capacity.

    All Christmas catering orders close at the end of business on Friday, 18 December.

  • The minimum order for Christmas for the Office is 20 people. Orders can be placed for any number of guests from 20 upwards.

    Christmas at Home is available in set servings of 20, so orders must be placed in multiples of 20 (e.g. 20, 40, 60 people and so on.)

  • Delivery is available for Christmas for the Office orders for a flat fee of $25 throughout Tauranga and the Western Bay of Plenty.

    Christmas at Home orders are collection only, with pick-up available on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day between 8am and 10am.

  • Orders can be collected from Gathered Table Catering at 1 Columba Place, Matua.

  • Our Christmas catering is $50 per person, for both celebrations.

    Christmas at Home is available in set servings of 20, while Christmas at the Office has a minimum order of 20 people. Additional delivery and service options may incur an extra charge.

  • Our Christmas menu is set, but we’ll always do our best to accommodate dietary requirements. Please get in touch before placing your order so we can discuss your needs and the options available.

  • For Christmas at the Office, your food will be delivered ready to serve, presented in your choice of catering boxes or reusable serving bowls.

    For Christmas at Home, the salads, dessert and carved ham arrive ready to serve cold. The chicken thighs require approximately 30 minutes of reheating, while the ciabatta loaf simply needs warming in the oven until golden and toasted.

  • Your food will be carefully packaged in convenient, transport-friendly boxes, ready to serve. Any items requiring reheating will include simple storage and heating instructions.

    Christmas at the Office orders can be presented in serving bowls, which must be returned.

  • Please contact us as soon as possible - changes are subject to availability.

  • We understand that plans can sometimes change and will always do our best to help. As our Christmas menu is prepared especially for each order, ingredients and staffing are confirmed in advance.

    Cancellations made more than seven days before your collection date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made three to seven days before collection will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 72 hours of collection are non-refundable, as preparation will already be underway.

    If you’re unable to collect your order, you’re welcome to arrange for someone else to collect it on your behalf. Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change. We’ll always consider exceptional circumstances where we reasonably can.
